Jammie Avila has been a “go-to” advisor in the area of income planning since 1998. One of the No. 1 fears retirees have heading into retirement is the fear of outliving their money. His income planning strategies help clients reduce that fear and help ensure their income will last as long as they do. Jammie has life insurance and annuity insurance licenses in Nevada and California (#OC36520), and has passed the FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities exams. He can be heard every Saturday from 8 to 9 a.m. on 840 AM KXNT News Radio, as a co-host of the “Cornerstone Retirement Hour.” Jammie can be seen in Newsweek, USA Today, Forbes Magazine, The Wall Street Journal and is a contributing advisor for Kiplinger Magazine Online.
Jammie has been married to his wife, Danielle, since 1999, and is the proud father of four children. He enjoys playing golf and basketball, coaching his children in various sports and traveling with his wife.

Kyle Kirwan is the partner/co-founder of Cornerstone Wealth Management, an independent firm specializing in using the Endowment Model to help his clients thrive in today’s markets. As an investment advisor, he specializes in total wealth management strategies.
Kyle’s favorite motto is: “Never get too busy making a living that you forget to make a life.” He incorporates the use of non-correlated assets into a well-balanced approach to investing for the long term. He works toward simplifying the complexities in estate planning strategies, investing and insurances. Kyle’s experience in the financial planning industry has proven helpful to his many clients. His No. 1 concern is to help ensure his clients never run out of money. Kyle has a life insurance and annuity insurance license in Nevada, California (#OF81725) and Arizona (#126396). He also has passed the FINRA Series 7 and 65 securities exams.
Kyle can be heard every week on “The Cornerstone Retirement Hour” on KXNT AM 840, where he has been educating listeners since 2012. The radio show airs at 8 a.m. Saturdays, informing Las Vegas and Henderson residents about the various financial pitfalls pre-retirees and retirees can face as they begin their journey through retirement.
Kyle has been married to his college sweetheart, Amanda, for nearly 20 years. They have two beautiful children, Courtney and Bradley. Kyle coaches his son every year in baseball, soccer and basketball.

Daniel Mann is partner/co-founder of Cornerstone Wealth Management. Daniel’s mission is to help develop his clients’ assets through personalized custom-made strategies intended to reflect each client’s standards, financial goals and objectives. Based on his extensive knowledge and understanding of today’s markets, he is committed to servicing his clients and providing them with the most accurate, up-to-date and honest advice for their given situation as they seek financial success and freedom.
Daniel assists his clients with a focus on low-risk, low-volatility portfolio management. Utilizing the unique Retirement Designated Money Management System, he has access to a platform of experienced private wealth managers unavailable to many advisors and large brokerage firms. Daniel also helps his clients build their own custom “Fiscal House,” using insurance and investments and implementing many strategies utilized by large endowments such as Harvard and Yale universities.
As a fiduciary, Daniel always puts his clients’ needs first and foremost. He maintains life insurance and annuity insurance licenses and his FINRA Series 7 and 65 securities qualifications, and he is registered as an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) through Kalos Management Inc.
Daniel has been married to his beautiful wife, Dana, for more than 23 years. They have been blessed with two beautiful children, Savannah and Porter. When Daniel is not working, he enjoys playing golf, riding bikes with his son and spending time with his family at their cabin in Utah.

Anthony enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, Susie, and their four children Frankie, Donnie, Tony and Lucy. They enjoy sports and playing music. Anthony is a third generation musician and is proud to say Frankie and Donnie are fourth generation musicians.
Ted Kovacevich specializes in savings and income solutions for clients all throughout the Southwest. His client solutions are focused on growing, protecting and preserving assets for his clients. The structure for all of Ted’s advice & planning options are based on a forthright foundation of experience dating back over 20 years. In 1994 Ted started his career with The Hartford and for the next 17 years developed a style of trust and understanding that all of his clients immediately appreciate. After leaving The Hartford in 2011, Ted was now able to focus entirely on more advanced planning options.
Ted has been married to his High School sweetheart Julie, for 23 years. Julie has been Ted’s business partner for over 10 years specializing in Medicare planning. Ted has 3 daughters & is proud coach & mentor to all 3. As a family, various outdoor adventures with Church, family and friends are everything. When not working with clients, Ted can always be found with his family making memories & living life to the fullest.
Medicare Benefits Specialist
Julie specializes in Medicare solutions for clients in Nevada, California and Utah. For over more 15 years, she has worked closely with her clients evaluating their needs to ensure placement in the right plan. Julie is well versed in all areas concerning personal insurance. These include Life, Health, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, Final Expense and Long Term Care.
Julie is a dedicated wife and mother to three daughters, and volunteers her time at her children’s schools and church. Her passion is spending time with her family and making lasting memories. She enjoys cooking with her family, lake days, hiking, camping and reading.
Kurt R. Hanson, MBA
Director of Business Development
Originally from Utah, Kurt made his way to Las Vegas back in 1997 with pit stops in Japan, Alaska and Hawaii. While attending UNLV for his undergraduate degree in marketing he started a travel company specializing in national park tours and interpretive services for Japanese speaking clientele. In 2003, Kurt left the travel and tourism industry and began a career in financial services, where he’s been working as an consultant and advisor for the last 15 years, focusing on retirement planning, risk management, investment brokerage and private wealth management. Kurt has his insurance producer’s license and has passed the FINRA Series 7, 24, 53 and 66 exams. In 2011, Kurt received an MBA from UNLV and has since leveraged his experience and education, working with individuals and business owners in helping them accomplish their financial goals. Kurt is passionate about assisting clients and members of the community, viewing himself more as an educator rather than financial services representative. He has been a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) for over 12 years, serving on the board for 6 and as President of NAIFA Southern Nevada from 2016 – 2018.
Kurt is married with 5 children (including 11 year old triplets), loves sports, outdoor activities, Japanese food, lightning storms and is very involved in the community.

George began his career with his family’s business in the transportation industry. Working from the ground up he started counting the daily revenue and pumping gas, then was promoted to managing 5 taxi companies and eventually promoted to management of the high end luxury division of limousine services. George was very dedicated to the company and constantly looked to better understand the industry which resulted in acquiring his taxicab permit and hands on understanding by driving cabs to gain real world understanding to better enable him to manage.
George’s career experience also expands to working for the Fortune 500 Company Citibank in The Lakes. NV as well as paramedical industry scheduling life insurance exams which is where his interest peeked in the insurance industry and started working as an administrative assistant at Cornerstone in January 2013. In the ongoing tradition to increase his knowledge, George has learned invaluable skills and knowledge working at Cornerstone which led George to seek insurance certification and achieve the career path of obtaining his license to sell life insurance in 2014.
In his spare time George is very health consciousness, loves to work out and enjoys travel. Most importantly George is very family and friend oriented and spends quality time treating his nieces to movie day or pool time at the park and spending memorable times with his friends.

Dana is a fourth generation Las Vegan – born and raised. She grew up in the Henderson area graduating Green Valley High School in 1998. Dana began her career in real estate working as an Agent and Transaction Coordinator. After several years in the real estate field, she learned about Cornerstone Wealth Management and joined the team in 2017.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend of several years, Aaron, and their sons: Devon, Ozzie and Davis. Dana loves being a mother and attending all of the boys’ activities – volleyball, band and baseball. She also enjoys cooking, going to concerts and entertaining friends & family at her home.
Director of Marketing
Jeremy’s business is people. He enjoys interaction with people and building relationships. Jeremy recently moved “home” to the Las Vegas Valley to join our team. Jeremy has called Las Vegas home since 1991, though he spent a short time away with his family in Idaho and North Dakota. He has a background in construction where he was a business owner who built his business on relationships and people. Planning and executing events for Cornerstone Wealth Management gives him the opportunity to do what he loves, which is to work with people. Though the world is constantly moving toward automation, Jeremy knows personal outreach and interaction are the only way to keep a business like a family.
Jeremy’s spare time is spent with his wonderful wife, Malea, three teenage daughters, Aubrey, Lacey and Jentry, and active son Ledger. As a family they love traveling, singing and taking in as many musicals as they can. Much of their time is spent at school choir concerts, orchestra concerts, and basketball and volleyball games. Jeremy loves to cook for people and has never been accused of not making enough food when family and friends are around!

Stacey was born and raised in Utah and raised her four children in Southern California for 30 years. She has a Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Phoenix.
In 2017, she moved to Las Vegas to be closer to her five grandchildren and spend time with family. She joined Cornerstone Wealth Management in October 2017 and is proud to be part of a team who genuinely cares about their clients.
Spending time with loved ones is Stacey’s favorite pastime. She also enjoys reading, sporting events and traveling. She devotes much of her time and talents to service in her church community.
Courtney was born and raised here in Henderson, NV making her a true native. She currently assists in all administrative duties and back office support. Courtney is attending classes at both UNLV and CSN. She has seen the positive impact that her dad, Kyle Kirwan, has had on the clients he serves and hopes to one day follow in his footsteps.
She loves servicing new & existing clients. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, hang out with friends, go shopping, bake, craft, and catch up on her favorite reality shows
