Jeremy Brown

Jeremy started his career crunching numbers at a Big 4 accounting firm, where he earned his CPA after graduating with degrees in Finance and Accounting. Not the wildest origin story, but it comes in handy.

Over the years, Jeremy built a real estate business from the ground up, personally renovating and redeveloping over 30 properties and more than 100 units. He’s seen a few kitchens that definitely shouldn’t have had carpet.

After working through multiple market cycles, Jeremy learned that putting all your eggs in one basket makes for a very stressful breakfast. Diversification and long-term thinking aren’t buzzwords to him. They’re lessons learned.

When Jeremy isn’t working with clients, you might find him in Lake Havasu. What started as a love for the water has turned into something bigger, with a resort-style vacation rental project in the works.

Jeremy is always looking for a better, smarter way to do things, whether it’s a financial strategy or the most logical way to load a dishwasher. He’s learned to pick his battles… sometimes.

Jeremy is the proud father of Talia and Oliver, and coaching Oliver’s Little League team to a championship ranks among his favorite accomplishments. Dodger blue obviously played a part.

Jeremy loves music and has seen more concerts than he can count. His playlist is all over the place, and he’s perfectly fine with that.

Jeremy enjoys working with people who are intentional about their future. He believes the real goal is not just building wealth, but turning wealth into reliable income you can actually live on. The best plans are simple, clear, and built for real life, not just a spreadsheet.

Outside of work and the water, Jeremy is big on health and fitness. He believes regular workouts are a must, and that taking good care of yourself is one of the best long-term investments you can make.
